PRICING & DISCOUNTS
The HSC list price catalog can be found in print and is available upon request at (800) 786-6847 (Note: catalogs are sent ONLY to CA and NV). For your convenience, we have taken the various manufacturers' price lists and created one discount system that applies to all products in this catalog. HSC offers discounts to qualifed contractors, in the form of a "Multiplier" to be applied against any list price in this catalog. All prices are subject to applicable sales taxes. Any tax resale exemption number must be on a signed form and on file at HSC to be recognized. Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum $40 list price order.

TERMS
HSC offers Net 30 Days as standard terms for companies that have submitted and been approved for credit. A service charge of 1.5% will be added on the 31st day. No shipments will be released on account to delinquent accounts until the account is current.

ORDERING
You may place your orders via the HSC toll free number (800) 786-6847 or via fax (510) 434-3141. Please use a purchase order number and/or job name for order identification. Orders for equipment from HSC stock will normally ship either the same day or the next day, depending on when the order is received.

NEW ACCOUNTS
You may apply for credit with HSC by submitting an HSC credit application form which is available upon request. All orders will be shipped prepaid or COD if an account had not been established. MASTERCARD and VISA are also accepted forms of payment.

COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENT
All orders are shipped FOB point of origin. Upon delivery of any product via common carrier, the customer takes title of the merchandise upon receipt. Thus, it is critical that the merchandise be inspected carefully upon receipt for visible or concealed damage and such information be written on the shipping document. Only the company receiving the product can file any claims for damage, if the product is accepted.

WARRANTIES
The manufacturer warranties products sold by HSC. We will facilitate our customers warranty returns for products purchased through HSC. Completed paperwork must accompany all returns for warranty credit.

RETURNS
Product may be returned only when accompanied by an HSC invoice and Return Goods Authorization obtained from the warehouse manager. The product must be in re-sellable condition. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, boxed and in new condition. All stock items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. All returns must be prepaid.

Special Order Items: No special order products may be returned.
