ISTA Energy Systems Corporation was founded in 1978 to market Modern Energy Conservation Products. This privately held corporation specializes in the area of measuring and temperature control devices which includes the following products: BTU Meters, Water Meters, Mag Meters, Steam Meters, Oil Meters, and many other flow measuring products. In the temperature control area, the following products are marketed: Radiator Valves, Boiler Controllers, Sequence Controllers, FlowGuard and Heating & Plumbing Specialty Products. The distribution channels are guided through Professional Engineers, Contractors, Wholesalers, etc... They sell quality products in the US, Canada, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, as well as directly to overseas customers. In 1977, they changed their name from ISTA Energy Systems Corporation to the ISTEC Corporation.
